Sattout Accounting Services has been supporting individuals, families, and small businesses for more than 40 years. What began as a small family practice has grown into a trusted local firm, proudly based in South Strathfield since 2001. Over the decades, our approach has remained consistent: provide clear advice, take the time to understand our clients properly, and build relationships that last for years, not just a single tax return.
Many of our clients have been with us for decades, and in many cases we now look after the next generation as well. That continuity matters. It means we understand the history behind the numbers, the decisions that have shaped our clients’ financial lives, and where they want to go next.
Our work today focuses on taxation, SMSF administration and audits, and bookkeeping support for businesses. Whether we’re helping individuals stay on top of their tax obligations or supporting business owners with accurate financial records, our goal is always the same… to bring clarity and confidence to the financial side of life.

Sam Sattout
FOUNDER - TAX AGENT
Sam started Sattout Accounting Services in 1983 and has grown the business to what you see today. His extensive experience as a tax agent working with individuals and small to medium businesses means that he is the go to man for the team. His friendly and caring nature sees a loyal customer base and the business is welcoming a second and sometimes third generation of clients. He is a member the Institute of Public Accountants

Matthew Sattout
TAX AGENT
Matthew graduated from ACU in 2009, completing a Bacherlor degree in Business. He has worked with Sattouts from a young age and has gained extensive experience as both a tax agent and SMSF auditor. Matthew has a passion for small business as well as superannuation, he enjoys meeting with clients and helping them to establish a better and more effective tax position. Matthew has a strong understanding of property, market conditions as well as capital gains implications on residential property.

Lina is undoubtedly a valuable and integral part of our team. With over 30 years experience in Accounting for small and medium size businesses, Lina has encountered a wide range of financial scenarios and challenges. Lina brings a warm and friendly nature to her interactions, making her a pleasure to work with. Beyond her professional skills, Lina is passionate about serving the community as President of the Putney Football Club.
